1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on 777ta or by accessing any part of the 777ta platform at https://777ta.vu, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms apply to all activities on 777ta, including but not limited to registering an account, making deposits in PHP, placing bets, playing games, using any promotional offers, and requesting withdrawals. Your continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To open an account with 777ta, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 777ta enforces a strict 21+ policy across all game categories.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines when accessing the platform.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended 777ta account.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or transacting on the platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, address, and a valid contact number or email address. 777ta reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify the information you provide, including a government-issued ID and proof of address, as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

Providing false registration details — including using a false date of birth to circumvent the 21+ age requirement — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held at that time.

3. Account Responsibilities

Each player may hold only one active account on 777ta. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances being voided.

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. This includes all bets placed, games played, and transactions initiated while you are logged in. You must:

• Keep your username and password confidential at all times.
• Not share your account credentials with any other person, including family members.
• Enable the OTP two-step verification feature where prompted.
• Log out of your account when accessing the platform from a shared device.
• Notify 777ta support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.

777ta will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your login credentials.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on 777ta are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion layer at any stage of the deposit process. The amount you send from your Philippine bank account or local e-wallet is the amount credited to your 777ta wallet.

Accepted deposit channels include Philippine online and mobile banking (via bank transfer) and local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. These are provided as available payment channels — 777ta does not endorse any specific payment provider as a regulatory or gaming endorsement, and availability may change without notice.

• Credit cards are not accepted as a deposit method on 777ta.
• Cryptocurrency of any kind is not accepted as a deposit method on 777ta.
• All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits, which are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your PHP wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or e-wallet provider.

If a deposit does not reflect in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt to send a second deposit before the first has been resolved.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in Philippine Peso to the bank account or local e-wallet registered to your 777ta account. To be eligible for a withdrawal, your account must have completed identity verification (KYC). Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is complete will be placed on hold until verification is finalised.

• Withdrawals will only be sent to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your 777ta account.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are shown in the cashier section of your account.
• Processing times depend on the withdrawal method selected and your payment provider's own timelines. Details are available on the Withdrawal page.
• If bonus funds have been credited to your account, any applicable wagering requirements must be completed before the bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn.
• 777ta reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts or where account activity has triggered a review.

Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed if 777ta identifies suspicious activity, an incomplete KYC record, or a potential breach of these terms. In such cases, the support team will contact you at the email address on your account.

6. Games & Betting Rules

777ta provides access to a range of game categories including slots, live casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger), eBingo, sports betting, RNG table games, and crash titles. Each game category operates under its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface or the relevant section of the platform.

For sports betting, the rules applicable to each market — including settlement procedures, void conditions, and in-play restrictions — are displayed within the sports betting section. In the event of a technical error during a game round or a sports event being voided, 777ta's settlement decision is final.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be reversed or cancelled by the player once accepted by the platform.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game or bet placement, the outcome of the round or market will stand as recorded by the platform server.
• 777ta reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, a software fault, or where odds or game parameters were clearly displayed incorrectly.
• Winnings from voided rounds or bets will be returned to your PHP wallet as the original stake amount only.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

777ta may make bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and other promotional benefits available to eligible players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, in addition to these general terms.

• Bonus eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Only those stated figures apply — 777ta will not honour verbal representations of bonus terms.
• Bonuses are credited in PHP to your 777ta wallet. Bonus balances are separate from your real money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Only one active bonus may be held at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Attempting to exploit a bonus offer — including opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in the bonus being voided and may lead to account closure.
• 777ta reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or discontinue any promotion at any time, with notice provided where reasonably practicable.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777ta platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software that places bets or performs account actions without direct human input.
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or under false identities.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or clearly erroneous odds to generate profit.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful activity.
• Providing false personal information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Attempting to access or interfere with the accounts of other players or the platform's back-end systems.
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from illegal sources.

Where 777ta determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, any winnings associated with that conduct will be voided. The original deposit amount may or may not be returned at 777ta's sole discretion, depending on the nature of the conduct identified.

9. Responsible Gaming

777ta is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. Gambling is intended as entertainment. It carries financial risk, and no game or betting market on 777ta guarantees a positive return.

The following tools are available to all registered players within their account settings:

11. Account Suspension & Closure

777ta reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time for the following reasons, among others:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for unlawful purposes.
• A player's own request to close their account, including via self-exclusion.
• Account inactivity for an extended period, in line with our dormant account policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance held that is associated with the breach may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request or due to inactivity, any verifiable real money balance will be returned via the player's registered Philippine bank account or e-wallet after identity verification is confirmed.

12. Limitation of Liability

777ta provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is accessible and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777ta's liability to any player is limited to the PHP amount deposited by that player in the transaction directly giving rise to the claim. 777ta is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings resulting from a technical error or service interruption, beyond returning the original stake.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to follow account security recommendations.
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind arising from use of the platform.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by the player's bank or e-wallet provider.

13. Changes to These Terms

777ta may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For significant changes, we will also notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification where practicable.

If you continue to use the 777ta platform after an updated version of these terms has been published, you are considered to have accepted the changes. If you do not agree with any revision, you may request to close your account by contacting support.
